I will try to add the actual exercises, reps and the weights in upcoming workout posts. For now its just a beginning.
I managed to get my Body fat measurements as well. So here they are.
Date : 26th June 09
- Height 153 (I'm 5.2" so that was a guess in cm)
- Weight 57.4kg
- BMI 24.5 ( My goal is to bring down to 21 to 23)
- PBF 35.9 (This is not good my goal 28)
Tomorrow is my Cardio day...
