This morning even though we were not sure if we really want to go to the gym and we did. I did my upper body work out.
Chest - Bench press on Smith Machine ( no weights, 10 kg, 15 kg, 15 kg, 15 kg)
Back - Lat pull down (19kg, 19kg, 19kg, 25kg). Ranu from gym actually corrected me on my lat pull down form and it was good)
Seated dumb bell row (5kgs)
Shoulder - Seated dumb bell press (3kg, 3kg, 3kg, 4kg)
Biceps - Seated dumb bell curls (4kg, 4kg, 4kg, 4kg)
Hammer curls - (4kg)
Triceps - Cable Triceps extensions (5kg)
Overhead Triceps extensions (4kg, 4kg, 4kg)
After my strength training, I decided to go for a run and it was a horrible run. I only lasted 10 minutes and and started having side cramps. So I had to stop. Oh well.
So that was much about our workout stuff today and hubby dropped me off at my hair salon for my much needed touch up and highlights. I did it for SGD $90 which I find was very decent. I also had a trim.
By the way, I forgot to mention which Courts we bought the fridge from. It was from Tampines Courts and I got myself another pouch for my iPod.

First purchase for the house
It is the fridge. Yes, finally we bought it. After so many months of researching and looking around for the fridge we bought it today at Courts.
Price - SGD$ 999 after price matching against Harvey Norman.
Extra 3 years warranty - SGD $ 169 (total 5 years warranty)
Delivery - SGD $29.90
To be delivered date - 10th April between 11 - 3 pm.
Total - SGD $ 1197.90
You wouldn't have any idea how many shops and how many rounds we went to finally decided on to get this from. We were going back and forth between Samsung and LG and decided on LG finally.
Also, check out what we also bought this from Gain City at Ang Mo Kio where we went to check out the Air Conditionings.

Its a juicer and amazing one as well. I have been thinking of getting this for awhile but at much as a food processor BUT after having a fresh juice of carrot and star fruit juice today I decided I must have a juicer. The one I was actually eyeing was from Philips somewhat similar looking to this one but the price for that is nearly 250 bucks and for this one we got it for SGD $96. As soon as we got back we made carrots, orange and green apple juice. AMAZZING! Love it. I think I will be making a lot of fresh juices and such healthy ones as well.

First day of being a house owner = first day of renovation
Today has been such a busy day and exciting day. Exciting because we receive the house keys and started our renovation process. From 8:45am we were out. First to RHB bank for the renovation loan, the banker was not in yet. So we went to the house to get it process and received the keys first. Then around 11:30 we went back to the bank. After the bank stuff were sorted we went back to the house for the contractors and boy they were quick. Here are some pictures of the view from the house and the windows without the grilles.

Starting of the HIIT once again.
So I have decided to get back to my HIIT routine. How HIIT works is that I would only run for 20 minutes but in the intensity level will change every minute. For example, this morning. I ran for 20 mins. as below.
1-3 mins Level 5
3- 4 min Level 7.5
4-5 min Level 8
5- 6 min Level 9
6- 7 min Level 9.5
7- 8 min Level 7
and so on. For min 19-20, I would run for the highest level I could and today its 10.5!! Yes.
This is my Nike iPod Stat and here's my treadmill stats below.

I think I am getting tired of having McDonald's sausage muffin for breakfast every day. I should start making breakfast and other food as well.
I am sorry I did not update yesterday. I did try out my GHD and it was amazing! It didn't take 5 second to heat up. Can you just believe it?

MY GHD
IT IS HERE!
Yes, so this is my over AUD200 I think or may be 300 I haven't asked what exactly I spent on it yet worth of the flat iron. This will be a gift to myself for my birthday. Wait, I still want to get a shade/ sun glasses for myself as well and a hand bag.
My Workout today:
Lower body weight training
Squats - 4 sets 4kg and 5 kg 12,10,8,6
Sumo Squats - 1 set 7.5kg 12
Lunges - 4 sets 4kg 12, 10,8,6
Seated Leg Curls - 1 set 22.5kg 12 reps
Calf raises - 3 sets 12,10,8
Abs - 50 crunches (Lower abs + basic crunches)
The truth - : I got a little upset when I found out that my weight is actually 58.2 yesterday at the gym.

Morning Run
I have been having this strange lower back pain for a few days now. I think I should go and see doc. Apart from that here's my this morning run.
After my workout was completed I heard this " Hello, this is Lance Armstrong. Congratulation as you now have a new personal record!" I got scared! ha ha. It was my iPod Nike program.
