MY GHD

IT IS HERE!






Yes, so this is my over AUD200 I think or may be 300 I haven't asked what exactly I spent on it yet worth of the flat iron. This will be a gift to myself for my birthday. Wait, I still want to get a shade/ sun glasses for myself as well and a hand bag. 


My Workout today:


Lower body weight training


Squats - 4 sets 4kg and 5 kg 12,10,8,6
Sumo Squats - 1 set 7.5kg 12
Lunges - 4 sets 4kg 12, 10,8,6 
Seated Leg Curls - 1 set 22.5kg 12 reps
Calf raises - 3 sets 12,10,8


Abs - 50 crunches (Lower abs + basic crunches)


The truth - : I got a little upset when I found out that my weight is actually 58.2 yesterday at the gym.
