This morning we were up around 8 and hit the gym about 9:30. 

Duration : 38.30 minutes
Distance : 5.08 km

Calories burned : 293
Sweat level : EXCELLENT

I tried to do some abs exercise in but my lower back was hurting not sure why. Weather is just lovely and I am hoping that we'll go to the beach in the evening.
