Weights training is back

Last night you will not imagine how tired I was. I got home and I did not feel like moving. Hubby was so kind enough to go downstairs and bought us dinner. While having dinner we watched "Max Pyne" which was quite weird and half of the time I was painting my nails and went to sleep before it ended. 


As tired as I was last night we still managed to hit the gym this morning. I did not run as I learnt my lesson yesterday instead I did weight training for my upper body. I am pretty sure I will be quite sore tomorrow.

Shoulders
Triceps
Biceps
Abs - 50 crunches
